Scott Adams and the Billion (trillion?) Dollar Play
I spend most mornings working on a laptop while listening to Real Coffee with Scott Adams. He is not someone I would normally listen to, and I think his views on medicine and foreign affairs are just horrible. However, I am grateful for his pushback against BLM, lockdowns, and masks, and I will miss him dearly. I dread the day when I log on my computer and he is no longer able to host his show .. but intend to tune in until then :-)
There is something bothering me about his story, and it started back in January of 2023 when he said that basically the anti-vaxxers were right (paraphrasing), which was a huge deal. His statements nearly got him cancelled and drew crazy pushback from the usual forces. However, he then did something weird: instead of focusing on the implications of a society having their constitutional rights stripped away and the violation of informed consent, he instead attacked people like Bret and Heather, writing them off as contrarians, cynics, or (as he would coin later) Covid Carls.
I was already red-pilled on the topic by then, but I would have thought that the realization of a forced medical treatment that not only didn't work but has severe risks associated with it would cause him to really reflect on the entire thing. But he instead attacked people claiming they couldn't have known
Anyways, fast forward to May 2025: he has stage 4 prostate cancer and announces that he is no longer going to continue the ivermectin + fenben protocol treatment by Dr. William Makis. I personally don't blame him, I think he was probably scared and instead ran into the hands of Kaiser Permanente, and is about to undergo their Pluvicto treatment, which might shrink the tumor and extend his life.
His entire story is strange to me. Not only did he inadvertently (or purposefully?) act like a huge cudgel against alternative cancer treatments and the COVID dissidents, but he could potentially be the biggest marketing/PR tool that the medical industry has ever seen. If this treatment works, and they are able to prolong his life, he will be a living, billion dollar commercial industry for them, and it will be a huge win for President Trump too.

What I find strange is the reaction Tucker Carlson is getting for hosting Nick on his show. Prominent figures like Ben Shapiro, Ted Cruz, Mitch McConnell, Mike Huckabee, Mark Levin, Bari Weiss, Josh Hammer, Randy Fine, and others are suddenly outraged that anyone would dare give Nick Fuentes a platform. The timing and uniformity of their outrage make it feel almost coordinated, and incredibly fake.
