In this week’s episode, we discuss resistance to Make America Healthy Again, and how beliefs that were once unspeakable become speakable. It used to be impossible to speak about the risks of fluoride in the water; now it’s not. It used to be impossible to question the safety of Mercury in vaccines; now it’s not. How safe is Aluminum as an adjuvant in vaccines? Goliath assures us it’s safe; we look at the research that has been done, and find otherwise. We also discuss the polio vaccine, and GLP-1 RAs, more familiarly known as Ozempic and its chemical kin. Similar to the mRNA shots for Covid (wherein Uracil was replaced with Pseudouridine), GLP-1RAs are similar but not identical to a naturally occurring human hormone, but have been altered to be more “stable” and last longer in the body.

Appopos oastrich...In Denmark, all mink were killed during covid with the same justification in relation to the risk of infection to humans.
The decision was implemented without having the legal basis in place. After covid, the industry was paid billions in compensation. None of the politicians and officials who gave the order to carry out the extermination have since been held liable, including the (then) current prime minister. In this case, a number of text messages also disappeared without a trace, among other things.
Among those who made the decision were several lawyers, but no one found it worth investigating whether it could even be justified legally. The mink industry was/is not popular in Denmark, for obvious reasons as only the fur is used, so the immediate negative reaction to such a comprehensive decision was quite limited and probably very convenient. Was it just a test balloon?

I know Bret often points out Dawkins is wrong about religion is a 'virus', but some viruses are good or adaptive — an "external immune system" that wipes out closely related competitors from an ecosystem while sparing self and distantly related organisms. religion might be a memecomplex version of this. and if virus and host co-evolve enough, they become endogenous
